- All customers placing an order with us with the COD option should be able to receive the order at the specified location.
- Delivery that can’t be fulfilled due to the unavailability of the customer will result in additional shipping charges during the second attempt. Re-attempting the delivery also will result in a delay due to a processing period of 2-3 days.
- Please remember to prepare the exact amount as payment for your order. Our logistics team might not carry change.
- There will be no cash refunds issued for COD orders. A credit note/voucher will be issued on our behalf.
